Inspection Form

CMRS utilizes the current industry standard inspection form as posted by the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association ("CMSA") website. A standard inspection* report includes:

• a detailed site inspection, personal interview with the tenant or owner/property manager as well as subject and area photographs (interior and exterior subject photographs)
  
• a listing of the nearby major competitors
  
• rent roll verification
